Welcome to Interacly AI. These are the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the website Interacly.com and its related sub-domains, sites, services, and tools (the "Site"). By accepting these terms and conditions (including the linked information herein), and by using the Site, you represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions with Interacly AI ("we", "us" or "Interacly AI") in relation to your use of the Site (the "User Agreement"). This User Agreement is effective upon acceptance. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement, please do not access, register with or use this Site.
Our services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Site's registration
process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account
and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
You agree to (a) immediately notify Interacly AI of any unauthorized use of your password or
account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the
end of each session. Interacly AI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising
from your failure to comply with this section.
We view protection of your privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly that you and your personal information is one of our most important assets. We store and process your information on computers located in the India that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices.
You agree and undertake to use the Website and the Service only to post and upload messages and material that are proper. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when using a Service, you will not:
Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
By using Interacly AI and its services, you agree to not exploit the service beyond its intended purpose. Any attempt to use automated systems, software, or scripts to access, extract, scrape, or index the service or any related data or information is strictly prohibited.
All services on Interacly AI are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial periods of service. Payments for our services are processed through the online payment platform, Stripe. Please note that your billing will show charges from "Uru Space," our registered company name, for all transactions related to Interacly AI services.
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, and regulations, that may apply to your use of the Site. In connection with your use of our Site, you must not transmit any false, misleading, fraudulent or illegal communications.
We may, in our discretion, with or without cause, with or without prior notice and at any time, decide to limit, block, suspend, deactivate or cancel your Interacly AI account. If we exercise our discretion under these Terms to do so, any or all of the following can occur with or without prior notice or explanation to you: (a) your account will be deactivated or suspended, your password will be disabled, and you will not be able to access the Site or your User Content, or receive assistance from Interacly AI support teams.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
Interacly AI, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the service is free of viruses or other harmful components, or d) the results of using the service will meet your requirements.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.
