3. Eligibility for a Refund: As we strive to offer a high-quality service, customers are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase of the service if they find that it does not meet their needs or expectations.

4. Assessing Refund Eligibility: The eligibility for a refund will be assessed based on the dissatisfaction reasons given by the customer. These reasons will need to clearly highlight how the service did not meet the stated standards or expectations.
